Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on onetwoagent.com for OneTwoAgent (the "Product"), operated by Vitaliy Zimakov, Georgia (trading as "OneTwoAgent").

1. Payments are processed by Paddle

Payments for the Product are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Refunds, credits, and chargebacks are handled in accordance with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Paddle's refund procedures.

2. How to request a refund

3. Consumer right to cancel (EU/UK)

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed, unless an exception applies (for example, where digital content/services are made available immediately with your consent).

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If you cancel, you typically retain access until the end of the current billing period. Paddle does not automatically refund unused time when a subscription is canceled immediately.
