Data Deletion

If you want us to delete data received from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) through our integration, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at: support@onetwoagent.com

2. Use subject: "Data Deletion Request"

3. In the email, include:

   • Your OneTwoAgent account email
   • Your Business ID (if available)
   • The connected Instagram account username (if applicable)

What we delete

After verification, we will delete:

• Connected Meta integration tokens
• Conversation metadata linked to the integration
• Stored messages and related records associated with the connected Meta account (to the extent required/possible)

Timeframe

We process deletion requests within 30 days

Alternative (disconnect)

You can also disconnect Instagram inside the OneTwoAgent dashboard (Integrations section). This immediately stops new data from being received.

If you want full deletion of historical data, email us as described above.
