1. Agreement to Terms

2. Description of Service

OneTwoAgent is an AI-powered customer service chatbot platform that allows businesses to:

• Create and deploy AI chatbots on websites and messaging platforms
• Automate customer support and lead capture
• Integrate with calendars for appointment booking
• Analyze customer conversations

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@onetwoagent.com.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Plans and Pricing

• We may offer paid plans, paid features, or other commercial terms as described in the Service or related checkout flows
• Pricing, billing intervals, included features, and applicable taxes are shown at the time of purchase, activation, or plan change
• We may change pricing, plan structure, or included features prospectively with reasonable notice where required by law

4.2 Billing

• Paid access is billed using the payment method and billing terms presented to you at checkout or in the Service
• Payments may be processed by our third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record, as applicable
• By starting a paid plan or paid feature, you authorize the applicable charges under the billing terms you accept

4.3 Trials and Promotional Access

• We may offer trials, credits, or promotional access for some plans or features
• Eligibility, duration, and any sign-up requirements for those offers are described when the offer is presented
• Unless otherwise stated, paid access begins when the applicable trial or promotional period ends

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You Agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

5.2 Content Restrictions

Your chatbot and knowledge base must not contain:

• Illegal content
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sexually explicit material
• Content promoting violence or harm
• Misleading or fraudulent information

5.3 Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

6. Your Data and Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including knowledge base content, business information, and branding.

6.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, index, and otherwise process your content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service for your workspace and the features you enable.

6.3 Customer Data

Conversations between your customers and the chatbot are your data. You are responsible for:

• Informing your customers about the use of AI chatbot
• Complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, etc.)
• Obtaining necessary consents for data collection

7. AI and Third-Party Services

7.1 AI Limitations

• AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate
• You should review and refine your knowledge base for best results
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI responses

7.2 Third-Party Integrations

• The Service integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, Google, Meta, etc.)
• Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law.

10.3 Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Data may be retained for limited periods after termination as described in our Privacy Policy, including for security, billing, backup, recovery, and legal compliance
• You may request a data export before termination where available
• Outstanding fees remain payable

11. General Provisions

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply.

11.2 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
