Why did my latest import fail?

Help Center only

Imports can fail because of unsupported date formats, missing columns or files over the size limit. See “Troubleshooting CSV imports”.

OneTwoAgent with account context

Your latest CSV import (imp_8421) failed: some dates aren’t in a supported format. Export them as YYYY-MM-DD and run it again.

Questions

Can I import my Intercom Help Center into OneTwoAgent?

Yes — your public Help Center. In OneTwoAgent go to Knowledge → Switch from Intercom, paste the Help Center address (a custom domain or an intercom.help address), scan it, choose the articles and import them. Each article becomes a searchable knowledge source. Up to 300 pages per run; run it again for the rest.

What Intercom content does OneTwoAgent import?

The text of public Help Center articles, with each article’s address kept as its source. Collections are used to find articles but aren’t recreated as folders. Private, internal and audience-restricted articles, images, videos and file attachments are not imported.

Do I need to export my Intercom Help Center first?

No. Intercom states that exporting articles from its interface isn’t supported and recommends its REST Articles API, which needs an API key (checked Oct 2, 2026). OneTwoAgent reads your public Help Center pages directly, without an Intercom login or token.

Does OneTwoAgent migrate my old Intercom conversations?

No. Conversations, tickets, contacts, macros, workflows and bots stay in Intercom. New conversations start in OneTwoAgent’s shared inbox.

Can I test OneTwoAgent before removing Intercom?

Yes. Ask real questions in Preview & Test inside your dashboard, then show the widget on chosen pages with Allowed Pages and Excluded Pages. OneTwoAgent never changes your website — you swap the Intercom snippet when you’re ready.

Do I need to recreate my support documentation?

No. Import the public Help Center you already have. Add your website, Google Drive, files or notes for anything that isn’t public, and refresh a source to pull later edits.

Can OneTwoAgent use signed-in customer account data after migration?

Yes. In the website widget, your server identifies the signed-in customer and can share a short-lived snapshot of the account facts you choose — plan, access, usage, jobs, integrations — plus a read-only lookup for current state. OneTwoAgent never connects to your database.

Can I keep my existing SaaS backend?

Yes. You keep your auth and data model. The CLI and its coding-agent skill adapt the integration to the auth you already use.

How does pricing compare after switching from Intercom?

OneTwoAgent is a flat monthly plan with unlimited teammates and included AI conversations and Voice minutes. Intercom bills Full seats plus Fin outcomes; the cost calculator compares your own setup, with sources.

Does OneTwoAgent replace Fin or the whole Intercom helpdesk?

It can replace both for SaaS support: an AI agent that answers first, plus a shared inbox where your team takes over across your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram. If you rely on Intercom features such as workflows, SLAs or multiple team inboxes, compare first — those don’t move.
