Real SaaS integration
We integrated OneTwoAgent directly into aderic.io
Watch the full workflow inside a live SaaS product.
In this 5:44 walkthrough we set up OneTwoAgent for aderic.io, a SaaS for construction lead generation: we train the agent on the website, style the widget, and hand one prompt to Claude Code, which connects the widget, the signed-in user and their account data. Then the widget answers inside the live app — from product knowledge, from the user’s own leads, out loud by Voice — and a teammate takes over from the shared inbox.
What you’ll see
Eight moments from the walkthrough. Pick one to play the video from there.
Times are from the video’s captions.
Not a chatbot on top of the app. Part of it.
What made those answers possible — each layer is in the product today.
Product knowledge
Your site, docs and help center, answered in the language the customer writes.
Signed-in customer
Your server vouches for who is asking with OneTwoAgent.identify(), so the agent knows the user and their workspace.
Authorized account data
Only the facts your backend chooses to share — never database access.
Scoped fresh reads
When the answer depends on current state, a read-only lookup your backend answers for that one customer — up to 8 views you define.
In the product; not shown separately in the videoTeam takeover
Any teammate takes the conversation from the shared inbox, and the customer sees who joined.
Voice
The same agent, out loud, in the same widget. On paid plans.
Support that knows your product — and who is asking.
How aderic.io was connected. And how yours would be.
The same path the video shows, step by step.
CLI
Run it in your app and click Connect in the browser.
Your coding agent
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another. The CLI’s skill carries the playbook.
Widget · identity · read-only endpoint
Your agent adds the widget, signs who is asking on your server and adds a read-only account endpoint. You approve the data in one click.
Deploy
It ships with your existing login, backend and deployment.
Doctor verifies
Production is checked end to end; you sign in once when it asks.
npx -y @onetwoagent/cli@latest init --browser
Integrate OneTwoAgent fully into this app and deploy it. Use the installed OneTwoAgent skill and finish by verifying production.
npx -y @onetwoagent/cli@latest doctor --json # your agent runs this to verify production
Your coding agent works in your repo with the permissions you give it. OneTwoAgent never gets database access: your backend answers one small, read-only request at a time, only for the signed-in customer who is asking.
In our own Aderic integration, Claude Code finished in about 10 minutes. That is our experience, not a promise for every codebase.

From the video’s English captions. How to Build an AI Support Widget That Talks & Chats in 4 Minutes
- Hey guys, in this video I will show you how to build a decent AI support widget for your platform just in 4 minutes.
- It can talk, it can chat, it can hand off to your team when he is unsure or doesn't have knowledge.
- And the craziest thing is that he even knows everything about the user, including their interface.
- Let's jump into it. First, let's go to the onetwoagent.com and create a free account quickly.
- Now, let's train our agent on the website. That's the fastest way to get a ready-to-go agent.
- I just pick the pages I want it to learn from. These three. And now it's scraping them, and getting everything ready to answer.
- Done. The agent's already trained on our site.
- Next, I'm gonna quickly customize the widget. I want something like this.
- The launcher button's customizable too. Let's go with this one.
- And let's check how it looks on my iPhone. Yep, looks clean. We can come back and customize it any time.
- Next up is integration. You can drop the widget on your site with this quick embed code.
- Or install it with an agent like Claude or ChatGPT through our CLI.
- We'll do the integration in the next step. For now, let's finish onboarding.
- And that's it, everything's ready. We get 14 days free with 50 AI chats included.
- That's awesome.
- Now I want to fully integrate OneTwoAgent into my platform. make the widget live, connect it securely to each user and their account context, and make it production-ready.
- With the OneTwoAgent CLI, that takes just one prompt in Claude, Codex, or any coding agent.
- I'm copying the setup prompt straight from my OneTwoAgent dashboard.
- It's just two lines and it runs our CLI, pasting it into Claude Code and it's off.
- Those two lines are just a trigger. The CLI has skills inside with the full playbook, exactly how to wire up OneTwoAgent and which code to use.
- No guessing, no made-up code. Now I just wait. All right, Claude's done.
- The whole integration took about 10 minutes. Now let's see if it works.
- I'm opening Aderic and the widget's already here.
- First, a basic knowledge test. I'm asking, what do you sell? And here's the answer.
- Spot on, even with the prices.
- Now let's test the data. I'm asking, what's my recent lead? This checks the database connection.
- Does it actually see what's in my account? There it is. That's my real latest lead, the same one you see right here in the list.
- So it's not guessing. It's pulling live data from Aderic.
- What are your prices? All right, bear with me a second. Pricing depends on the offer available for your account.
- The listed options are five qualified leads for $149 or ten for $249, while another source lists $29 per qualified lead with no monthly subscription or setup fee.
- Check Aderic under billing for the current offer on your account.
- I can't tell which pricing applies from the information here.
- Gotcha, thanks. You're welcome.
- Now let me show you the inbox. On the left is the website with the widget, on the right is my OneTwoAgent inbox.
- Let's test it. First, a simple one. What business are you for?
- And it's already in the inbox in a split second. I could jump in and reply myself, but the agent's got this one.
- Now let's ask for a real person. Can I talk to a human, please?
- Lands in the inbox too. The agent hands off when a customer asks, when the question's too complex or when it's not sure.
- No made-up answers. I'm hitting Take, and the chat is mine. Invite as many teammates as you want, no extra cost.
- The widget shows I joined. Now I'm typing, hello, how can I help?
- And it comes through from me as a team member. Want the AI off completely?
- Just hit Take over. So that's it. In just a few minutes, we built support widget, that chats, talks, and actually knows your users.
- If this was helpful, hit like and subscribe, and I'll see you in the next one.
