The Fin AI alternative that doesn’t bill per outcome.

Your AI gets better at support. Your bill shouldn’t rise every time it succeeds.

OneTwoAgent is AI-first customer support for SaaS and software teams. It answers from your product knowledge, recognizes the signed-in customer, reads authorized account data from your backend — with scoped fresh lookups when a question needs a current check — and hands off to your team. All on a flat monthly plan with unlimited teammates and Voice included.

Different billing units

Fin outcomes and OneTwoAgent AI conversations are different billing units. Fin bills a billable outcome — a resolution, a configured procedure handoff, a disqualification or a self-serve routing ($0.99 each; qualifications are $9.99), at most one per conversation. OneTwoAgent bills AI conversations, each covering up to 10 AI replies, whatever the result. This compares published prices in one usage example, not value per unit; your cost depends on your volume and how conversations end.

Fin billable outcomes per month

Fin’s line is the monthly bill with Fin on your current helpdesk (no seat costs): $49 + (450 × $0.99) = $494.50 at 500 outcomes. The Growth line holds within the plan’s 1,500 AI conversations.

Success shouldn’t make your bill harder to predict.

  • Fin: usage grows with outcomes

Beyond the 50 outcomes in the base plan, every resolution or configured procedure handoff is billed at $0.99. The more conversations Fin closes, the higher the month’s bill.

  • OneTwoAgent: a flat monthly plan

AI conversations and Voice minutes are included in the plan. Resolving more of them doesn’t change the price.

  • Handoffs don’t add a charge

Passing a conversation to your team is part of every plan, with the conversation and its sources intact.

  • Your team grows. Your bill doesn’t.

Unlimited teammates on every OneTwoAgent plan. (Fin on your current helpdesk has no seat costs either; seat pricing applies only with the Intercom helpdesk.)

It knows your docs. And it knows who is asking.

Why is my HubSpot sync paused?

Knowledge-only answer

HubSpot syncs pause when the connection expires, when your plan doesn’t include HubSpot, or when a sync limit is reached. See “Troubleshooting HubSpot sync”.

Questions

Is OneTwoAgent a Fin AI alternative for SaaS?

Yes. OneTwoAgent is AI-first customer support for SaaS and software teams. It answers from your product knowledge, recognizes signed-in customers, reads authorized account data from your backend and hands off to your team — on flat monthly plans with unlimited teammates and Voice, without per-outcome fees.

How does OneTwoAgent pricing compare with Fin?

At Fin’s published rate of $0.99 per outcome (verified Oct 2, 2026), 500 outcomes are worth $495. With Fin on your current helpdesk the exact monthly bill is a $49 base plan that includes 50 outcomes plus $0.99 for each additional one — $49 + (450 × $0.99) = $494.50 — with no seat costs; seat pricing applies only with the Intercom helpdesk. OneTwoAgent Growth is $99 a month with 1,500 AI conversations, 500 Voice minutes and unlimited teammates. The billing units differ, so compare at your own volume.

What is a Fin outcome?

Fin counts an outcome when it resolves a conversation (no further help is requested), completes a configured procedure handoff, disqualifies a prospect or routes one to self-serve — $0.99 each, at most one per conversation. Sales qualifications are $9.99. Fin says a conversation simply passed to your team without an outcome is not charged.

What is an AI conversation in OneTwoAgent?

One AI conversation covers up to 10 standard AI replies in a customer conversation, whatever the result. Messages your teammates send don’t use AI conversations, and account lookups don’t add a charge.

Can OneTwoAgent answer questions using customer account data?

Yes. Your server signs who the customer is and, optionally, a short-lived snapshot of the fields you choose — such as plan, access, usage, jobs and integrations. For current checks, OneTwoAgent can call one read-only endpoint you host, one allowed section at a time.

Does OneTwoAgent need direct database access?

No. It never connects to your database. Your backend decides what to share, signs it, and answers scoped read-only lookups; missing or expired proof fails closed.

Can OneTwoAgent identify signed-in users?

Yes. Your server exchanges its own session for a widget identity token that lasts 15 minutes, so every conversation is scoped to one user and one workspace. The secret never reaches the browser.

Does OneTwoAgent include Voice?

Yes, on every paid plan: 50 minutes on Starter, 200 minutes on Core, 500 minutes on Growth and 1,500 minutes on Scale, every month. Voice runs in the same widget with the same knowledge, account context and handoff.

Can I use OneTwoAgent with my existing SaaS backend?

Yes. You keep your auth and your data model: the CLI and its coding-agent skill adapt the integration to the auth system you already use, and your backend exposes only a signed snapshot and an optional read-only lookup endpoint.
