The team behind OneTwoAgent.

OneTwoAgent is built by a small, hands-on team that combines product design, growth, engineering and customer support. We build AI support that answers from your docs and your customer’s account, and brings a person in when it should.

Who does what

Four disciplines, one product. Each person owns a part of the experience your customers and your team go through.

How we work

  1. Design the path, not the feature list

Setup, the first answer, the handoff to a person: we design the moments a customer actually goes through, then build to them.

  2. Show it working

The product runs inside a real app on our demo page, and pricing, limits and docs are public. When something isn’t supported, our pages say so.

  3. Support sits next to engineering

Questions from customers reach the people who build the product, so a fix lands where the problem is.

  4. Small team, direct line

What we built

Everything below is live and documented.

  • A support widget with chat and Voice

Answers from your docs in the customer’s language, by chat or out loud in the same widget.

    The widget
  • Answers from the customer’s account

Your backend authorizes a signed snapshot and read-only lookups; the agent never touches your database.

    Account-aware support
  • One inbox for the whole team

The website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram in one place. Any teammate takes over, and the AI stays out until someone resumes it.

    Team takeover docs
  • Setup with your coding agent

One CLI command, then your coding agent wires sign-in and a read-only account endpoint, and doctor verifies production.

Set up in a Next.js app
  • An open-source Next.js starter

An MIT-licensed App Router app with the integration already wired in: server sessions, workspace switching and read-only account views.

    Starter on GitHub
  • A walkthrough on a real product

We connected OneTwoAgent to aderic.io and recorded it end to end: setup, account answers, handoff.
